The NORTHIQUE POD™: If you are unhappy with your NORTHIQUE POD™ for any reason, you have 30(!) days to return it for a full refund. Note: The product needs to be in unused condition.

Water Chiller: We offer a 30 days risk-free money back guarantee on the water chiller, so you can test it and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return for The Water Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive it back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days.

I love this bath!!

Lots of room, easy set up and easy drainage. I chose this based on a friend's recommendation. Cold water therapy is something I recommend to a lot of people for many reasons. I work full time and teach yoga 6 x's/ week plus practice personally. I do a lot of hip mobility training as well. The benefits physically and mentally are tremendous. Loving my pod, started a couple of times per week with the temperature around 10 degrees. How long should each ice bath session be?

In order to get the health benefits, it's essential to remain in cold water below 59°F (15°C) for a duration ranging from three to eight minutes. Achieving optimal results with cold water therapy requires finding the right combination of time and temperature. Considering individual differences, some individuals may be more tolerant of lower temperatures.

What temperature do you recommend?

For beginners, we suggest initiating your ice bath tub at approximately 59°F (15°C) and gradually reducing both temperature and duration with each subsequent session. This gradual approach allows your body to adapt to the cold over time.

How much ice do i need to add?

We advise using 13-26 lb (6-12kg) of ice for each session in the Cold Plunge. The amount of ice depends on your tap water temperature and your desired level of coldness. In colder climates, adding ice may not be necessary.
The Cold Plunge, being insulated, effectively maintains water coldness for multiple days. Consequently, you might not need to add as much ice after the initial use.

How do i drain the NORTHIQUE POD™?

The cold plunge is equipped with a bottom tap for drainage. To facilitate draining, you can either attach a standard garden hose or directly open the tap, depending on the location of the cold plunge setup.

How often should I clean/empty The NORTHIQUE POD™?

For prolonged water cleanliness, our suggestion is to utilize 1 lb to 2 lb of sea salt (500g to 1kg). When employing salt, the water in The NORTHIQUE POD™ can be maintained for three to four weeks. In the absence of salt, we recommend cleaning the pod every three to five ice bath sessions.

Can The NORTHIQUE POD™ be set up outside?

Sure! We designed the cold plunge to withstand weather and UV exposure, allowing for both indoor and outdoor setup, even in freezing temperatures. The insulation layer slows down the freezing process, but it's advisable to stir the water at least once a day to prevent it from freezing entirely.

Does it include a cover?

Yes. The NORTHIQUE POD™ comes with a waterproof cover designed to maintain the cleanliness of the water.
