Officestock (9381961 Canada Inc.) is committed to providing its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Customer Service Standard.

Our commitments

  • Communication: we communicate in ways that take a person's disability into account, and we provide information in accessible formats or with communication supports on request, at no extra cost.
  • Assistive devices: you may use your own assistive devices to access our goods, services and premises.
  • Service animals: service animals are welcome in the areas of our premises open to the public, except where excluded by law. If an animal is excluded by law, we will offer another way to provide our services.
  • Support persons: a person with a disability may be accompanied by a support person in the areas of our premises open to the public.
  • Training: staff who deal with the public are trained to provide accessible customer service.
  • Our website: we work to make our website usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation and other assistive technology.

Notice of temporary disruptions

If a facility or service that people with disabilities rely on (for example an entrance, ramp, elevator or washroom) is temporarily unavailable, we post a notice at the location and on our website with the reason, the expected duration and any alternatives.

We welcome feedback on how we provide accessible customer service. Feedback is handled by our customer service team and escalated to management where needed. We acknowledge your feedback and, if you ask for a response, reply within ten business days in the format you need.
