Last updated: October 4, 2026
Active recall notices
There are currently no active recalls for products sold by Officestock.
Recalls of consumer products in Canada are also published by Health Canada on the Government of Canada's recalls and safety alerts website: recalls-rappels.canada.ca.
Report a safety problem
If a product we sold has caused, or could cause, an injury, property damage or another safety hazard:
- Stop using the product and keep people away from it. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first.
- Do not throw it away or repair it. Keep the product, parts and packaging; we may need to inspect them.
- Tell us right away at 1 647 499 6656 or headoffice@officestock.com, in person at any of our locations, or in writing to 9381961 Canada Inc., 80 Rolark Dr, Scarborough, ON M1R 4G2, Canada.
Please tell us:
- your name, company and how to reach you;
- your order or invoice number, if you have it;
- the product name and any code, label or SKU on it;
- what happened, when and where, and whether anyone was injured or property was damaged;
- photos of the product, the problem and any labels.
You may also report an incident directly to Health Canada.
Report any other problem
For a damaged, missing or incorrect item, a delivery or pickup issue, a billing question or any other complaint, contact us at headoffice@officestock.com or 1 647 499 6656 with your order number, a description and photos.
- We record your complaint the same business day and acknowledge it within one business day, with a reference number and the name of the person handling it.
- We aim to resolve routine complaints within ten business days, and we update you if it takes longer.
- If you disagree with our proposed resolution, ask for a management review. We reply in writing, normally within ten further business days.
Damage found on delivery must be reported within the time limits in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (section 9).
Our recall policy
Product safety comes first. This policy applies to all products we manufacture, assemble, import or sell, through every location and channel, including discontinued products.
- How a recall starts: customer complaints or incident reports, inspection or testing results, repeated defects, supplier or manufacturer notices, or regulatory notices.
- How we assess risk: we consider the possible hazard, how likely harm is, and which products and customers are affected. Products that could cause serious injury are removed from sale immediately and recalled; less serious problems may be corrected by repair, retrofit, replacement parts, updated instructions or a customer notice.
- How we notify you: we contact affected customers directly using our order and delivery records, and issue public notices where needed. We report to Health Canada and other authorities as the law requires.
- What we offer: depending on the problem, repair, retrofit, replacement, refund or corrective instructions, as stated in the recall notice.
- Traceability: we keep purchase, supplier, production and sales records for at least ten years so we can find affected products and customers.
Keep your contact details up to date with us so we can reach you. Safety and recall notices are sent even if you have unsubscribed from marketing.
Your part
When a recall or safety notice applies to your product, follow its instructions promptly and stop using the product if it says so. Business customers must pass the notice on to the people who use the product. If you sold or gave the product to someone else, tell us so we can reach them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury or damage that results from continued use after a recall or safety notice has been issued to you.
